Most people apply their serum to completely dry skin — but peptides absorb more effectively when the skin is slightly hydrated. Here's the simple ritual I recommend to all my clients.
Cleanse Your Skin
Use a gentle cleanser and lightly pat your skin dry. Avoid harsh cleansers that strip the skin barrier — you want your skin clean but not tight.
Leave Your Skin Slightly Damp
Your skin should feel hydrated, not wet. This is the key step most people skip. Slightly damp skin allows the peptides to absorb more evenly and effectively.
Apply 2–3 Drops of Eternal Youth Serum
Press the serum gently into the skin rather than rubbing. Work from the center of the face outward. This helps the ingredients absorb more evenly and supports better hydration.

Morning or Evening?
The Eternal Youth Serum can be used morning and evening. For best results, use it twice daily — once in the morning before moisturizer and SPF, and once in the evening as the first step after cleansing.
Consistency is Everything
The most important factor in your results is consistency. Apply your serum every day — even on days when your skin feels fine. The SVR method works cumulatively over 90 days.
Follow with Moisturizer
After applying the serum and allowing it to absorb for 60 seconds, follow with your regular moisturizer to seal in the hydration and support the barrier-building process.
Don't Forget SPF
